New pet
« on: February 26, 2008, 06:19:43 PM »
Someone in our area must have raised and released some ringnecks. A month or two ago, there were six. Now this guy is one of the last survivors or one that decided to hang around. My dad feeds him corn each day and he is content on staying close by. Kind of a cool "shop pet"

very pretty bird, I have one here but I can never get closer than about 80 yds from.
Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or destroy it, piss on it and walk away!

My girl's Uncle used to raise and release pheasant in the Conway area (still does, though not nearly as large scale as he used to).
We have a fester--yes, she named him--hanging around the farm making noise and teasing the barn cats.

Nice to see something other than mice and rats around...  ;)
I left it better than I found it...did you?
I hunt animals because veggies are too easy to stalk.
