If your going to hunt Archery, go East side. These bulls over here seem to go the other way when you bugle at them. There's some good hunt-able bulls in the NE corner, just not a lot of them. It's thick and wet over here, but there is a lot of elk. Last year during riffle season over here it rained almost every day, I got soaked, even w/good rain gear. :bash:

-Do you want to hunt spikes or branched bulls :dunno: Your not going to draw any tag in this decade so those are your options. It would be a easy choice for me :chuckle:

no elk on the east side?

NOPE.  (Photo evidence attached for anyone who missed it in a similar earlier thread...)
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

The west side is wet, crowded, brushy with a decreasing number of animals and diminishing odds of getting a shot.  The east side is dry, open, with a decreasing number of animals and diminishing odds of getting a shot.  :chuckle:  Just pick where you want to enjoy your whiskey and spend time with your buddies.

Nicely Put Magnum :chuckle: I agree totally>>>>
