whats the best way to clean the trigger assembely? and does it have to be taken apart? thanks for the help ;)

Pull the barrel and trigger assembly out of the stock and hose it down with good spray cleaner, hot soapy water and then blow dry and relubricate with something with staying power.  (I use LPS3)

spray cleaner? wd40 engine degreaser carb cleaner breakfree??  petrolium based products a bad idea?
