If you don't know where Mt Ellinor is Carp, you probably aren't that interested in goats.   I am hoping to get out soon. 

 If you want to make a quick (and tough) hike and have a great chance for goat pics, its a great spot.  :)

I've seen about 100 this year, but none close enough for good pictures.  Give it a couple of weeks and I'll have some more shots to post.

i am intrested in goats and have not traveled much into diffrent units, just because i don't know were that mountain is does not mean i do not like goats or that i don't put in for the tags every year. and my question was what unit that is not what mt it was. if it is a area open for huntin just wanting to learn, that is why i ask.
