scouting with teacherman
« on: June 11, 2010, 07:12:23 PM »
Well last week I got a chance to go out with Teacherman up near curlew and see a few of the upcoming bucks for the 2010 season. We seen about as many bucks as does and some real shooters in the group.  Teacherman did get some pics and even if a few are a bit blurry due to lack of good light they get the blood boiling.  Two of them I'd bet are going to be in the 180 class.  Don't take my word for it thou pressure Teacherman into sharing a few Photo's.

Is it a bit to obsessive to check the draw results 5-6 times a day?

There are no deer in Ferry County, don't know what he is talking about... Giving all my hot spots away  :chuckle: When I get a chance I will put a couple pics up. I would say 165 not 180  ;)
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

A couple pics, some not the best quality, but still good bucks at the end of the lens. Best part is its all huntable, at least for me  :chuckle:

one more, nice double eyeguards with good height. One way I field judge this time of year is the eye guards. You rarely see bucks with g2's shorter than the eye guards.

Man that buck is gonna be a stud this year. Hopefully you can deflate him and we can see a real closeup of him. Good luck.

That last picture looks like a high fence op.  If your gonna hunt a high fence area I'd expect more than a 180" deer.  Just saying  :chuckle:

that is funny, it wasn't in the high fence area but it was being held out of a high fence area, they love those beans and lettuce ,  :chuckle:
