Any taxidermist recommendation?
« on: June 12, 2010, 04:15:17 PM »
I just received a phone call from my "ex-taxidermist" to tell me that after having my moose for 14 months he no longer has time to do it! All I am looking for on this one is a panel mount. Anyway, I figured I might as well find someone that does quality work so I don't have to shop around in the future if I am lucky enough to harvest anything else worth mounting. I am close to Lake Stevens, so before I go through the phone book, thought I would ask.
Thanks for any help.

Charlie and Michelle, are very active on this site, and very helpful.  I sent a bull Charlie's way, and I have heard great things about both.

Morrows in Lake Stevens has done a couple bears, a cougar, and lots of birds for me and family and friends.  All turned out great!  Good guys to work with too.

Well that is awful funny, he does not have a shop on Canyon road any longer he is now off of 224th in Spanaway. And his number has changed, just wanted to update you.

Was only trying to help you know where your own taxidermist was, that's all. Glad I could help you out. If I had professional envy I would not keep my pictures and comments about the 16,000.00 worth of work he did for me through my Insurance company.

For the record since you are a retired SSG you should really know how to spell professional.

For your information it is A Living Memory, that must be the reason why you never heard of me.

There is no need to use all capital letters I can read and see quite well, just can't hear worth a crap after 22.5 years in the Infantry.
