If you could only have one rifle and scope to hunt deer, elk, and bear what would they be and what cal.?

my sako 75 custom 300win mag vxIII 4.5-14 40 get it done any day of the week on anything that walks around here and many other places as well

sako 75 in 9.3x62 with a schmidt&Bender 2.5-10x56.

light fast bullets get blown around by the wind. heavy bullets are consistant and always hit like a freight train.

on a side note, generally the minimum caliber for cape buffalo is 375 but there are exceptions mad for 9.3 as it is .366.

I say 338 win mag with a 4.5-14x50. Shot the 180gr accubonds for deer and the 225gr accubond for everything else.

Remington 700p in 308 chopped down to 20".Tac ops bolt knob.HS precision bottom metal with detachable mag.Leupold mark4 base and rings.Mark4 3.5-10 40 mm scope with m1 knobs.Not the most practical hunting rifle but if I had to get rid of all my guns but one this is the one I would keep.

how many barrels can I have?

I'll stick with my T/C Encore with the 28" 300 win mag barrel. I would like to upgrade the glass to a Leupold...a VXII 4-12 or something along those lines.
