Just when you think you've seen it all!  That looks like a dang good hunting sight.  It'd be fun to play around with for a few days to see how it actually performed, especially in low light.
Bring a GPS!  It's awkward to have to eat your buddies!

There is another sight that uses the same concept.  I can't recall the name at the moment but I believe it is made in Montana.

intresting sight there  are a few out there that do the same thing like lowedog said black gold makes one also i think

Cabela's sells them.  I wouldn't mind trying one out for *censored*s and giggles.

I dont think we can use it in washington

The dots are projected into a concave lens with special coating

We cant use a lens in archery

It would be fun just to mess with but you are right, illegal for hunting.

they claim that it is legal in all fifty states would obviously do some research to make sure it was though

They should change the reg to rad the same as the muzzleloader reg- no sights containing glass.  It's a lot clearer, and that's what they mean.  That's a sweet sight, though.  I would buy one if it's legal.

Cool sight! I would bet its legal. Scope refers to magnification I believe. Could be wrong but...

very interesting - I bet if legal now - they won't be in years to come. 

I would agree that it provides no magnification & contains no electronics.  Definition of scope will be the determining factor.
