Best westside spring bear unit

If you could have any of these spring bear permits, which one would you take?

I am partial to Monroe, cause I know it and its closer.

I would take skagit as my second choice.

everyone should want Kapowsin or Monroe.... more bears there...

I like the Monroe unit.  I hunt that area in August as well close to my houses
