Jackelope, How many points did you have?

Don't tell anybody but I only had 4 points.

True story.

I'm sorry.

Going to take cover now.

That's one thing about hunting in Washington.  With a bonus point system, anybody can draw any tag, reguardless of points.

Nope, muley hunting in the Blues is worse than the elk hunting... ;)

I have a question. a one and only tag with 4 points, does this make *censored* status?  :chuckle:

I'd use the bow for the first week.  You'll be mad at yourself if you use a rifle on one of those rut crazed *censored*s.

1-The season's only 5 days long
2-I'd like to kill a big mule deer once before I decide to make it more difficult on myself...I'm ok if you want to call me a wuss...
3-I definitely won't be mad at myself this time anyway.

I've been telling myself lately I want 1 good buck with the rifle then I'll switch to the bow for everything.

I am going mule deer hunting in the rut this year for the 1st time ever with a rifle. Looks like I'll be the one and only late season tag holder down in the Tucannon unit in the Blues. I'm so damn excited right now I could puke. I also got a 2nd tag for antlerless whitetail in the Peola unit down there. Looks like I better keep doing my excersizes.

 :yike:

Excellent, now I expect a great photo shoot from you this fall!
