He's gotta go
« on: June 21, 2010, 09:29:30 AM »
Well we left the house for a day and came home to my 2 labs running loose in the house, they got out of the kennel and my male, Guiness, attacked my daughters cat. Cat ended up dead. Wife and daughters are pretty upset, I am too, just not as bad. We had the cat for 12+ years. He is a great dog outside with the kids and I, just not so good with the cats. He needs a new home that will give him more one on one, and time in the field. I don't bird hunt anymore, trying to get back into it though. He loves to fetch and listens to me very well, until you leave. Wife said to shoot him ( I think she has calmed since that comment) but I need to find him a new home. I got him through a friend of a friend about 2 years ago, not sure of papers if there even are any. He is a little over weight too. Let me know if anyone is interested of knows of someone looking. I don't want him to go to the pound or the ground.

No never hunted, I will take some pics tonight when I get home. I know he is a fetching fool, and always brings to my feet. I would love to keep him and work with him more, but the wife and kids are pretty upset.
