It used to be whitetail does, but with a later starting date (Oct 21-24) it is now ANY deer.  :IBCOOL:

Looks like my wife can take a antlerless mule deer in 101, or a spike or 2 point.

Better look on the left side of the column, it says "Eastern Washington White-tailed Deer".   So, "Any
White-tail" is legal.

I looked at it to fast last night.  I didn't think it made sense, when thinking about it,  so reread this morning and realized it is white tail only.

Thanks. It has been a horrible week. I am going to delete this forum from my favorites and add it back come September.
If it is whitetail only, that does not help me one bit. I have not seen any whitetails where I hunt.
Back in September.

They changed the rules because the whitetail population has dropped from a couple bad winters.

The deer numbers are way down over there because of bad winters.  It would be good to let them have a few years off and then give the youth and seniors back the longer season :twocents:

If I know the WDFW, once those days are taken away, they aren't coming back.

I live here in NE WA and haven't seen this supposed bad winter kill in many years.   There is no shortage of whitetails.  Even been seeing quite a few big bucks lately.
