ATTN. Peaches Ridge Quality Bull Archery Tag Holders!
« on: June 22, 2010, 06:05:28 PM »
I will be scouting a good share of the weekend from now until the hunt.  If anyone wants to meet up and have a few cold ones around the lantern (there might be a fire ban).  Let me know.

P.S.  I am happily married to a very fine woman.

Great Bull!!  While growing up, I used to hunt this area for deer.  I always saw huge elk!  Luckily I also drew this tag. :IBCOOL:  It's my first time hunting this area for elk though.  Quackwhacker, I am also going to be scouting the crap out of that place.  maybe we can collaborate.  Let me know. I already know places I've seen bulls in recent years....   Im pumped!

If some of the archery tag holders want to get together while hunting this year; we're filming our hunt. Maybe we can get a few other hunts on film.

Was up in the unit today saw a few cows and calves.  Saw two other guys that appeared to be scouting/learning the area.  There are still big snow drifts up high.

letmhunt you sure kill some nice bulls, you must be pretty lucky at drawing these tags?? I'm referring to the one in Idaho also, was that a tough one to draw like the WA tag? Yes I'm jealous, I've been trying for 15 years to draw a tag in WA. Again very impressive bulls. :P

letmhunt.  Holy cow... Err I mean bull!  Good luck over there in the peaches ridge!  Haven't ever hunted there, but I know big ones are taken every year out of that area.  I hunt the manastash unit, and was lucky enough to draw this year for the quality elk take!
