No one hunts these GMU's!!
The only man who never makes a mistake, is the man who never does anything!!
The further one goes into the wilderness, the greater the attraction of its lonely freedom.

You duck hunted Gardner?  Didn't think there would be too many ducks there...

Limited out early on a mix bag of ducks.  Pintail, ringneck, mallards, widgeon, and teal.
all the deer hunters kick all the birds off all the lakes and ponds in the sage and they are flying around looking for a safe place right in the bow of my boat.

well unfortunately i don't have any pictures to show you, but i was just over there camping at the state park for five days and went up to our hunting spot in the alta unit scouting every evening.  it looked green and gorgeous up there with your occasional snow pockets still on top, but we didnt see as many deer as we usually do and only saw three bucks although one was a very nice 4x4:)

General season there can be good I have seen alot of bucks taken in the low 20"s  taken during general season.  A lot are taken later in the week when there is less pressure and weather comes in.  There is just so many people that hunt there especially Gardner where it used to be a trophy unit at 3 point or better now the whole state is that way so more people hunt it now.
