Deer In Idaho UNITS 14,18
« on: July 02, 2010, 02:00:50 PM »
Just curious to see the caliber of bucks that come out of these units. If anybody has been successful in these area please feel free to post pics. The reason why I ask is because I have a friend who drew 18 for mule deer and my wife drew 14 for mule deer. thanks

I've put in for 18 for three year now and can't get drawn. however can't complain as I scored a nice ...no a monster whitetail in unit one in 2007. unit 18 has big bucks but every hard hunt, tough country.

I have a "friend" that picked up a 200 inch caliber shed in 18, so that means there is potential.  I wish I had a pic.

thats nice. Mulie or whitetail. My friends brother drew 18 for bull elk and his wife drew 18 for mule deer and his mom drew 18 for cow elk. So lets just say that unit 18 this year is in deep *censored*. lol.
