EBAY!!!!!
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

If it were me and $700 was my cap for the full deal, I would find a used Athens Accomplice off of Archery Talk or ebay.  Second would be a used PSE Axe.  I'd say a used Bowtech Destroyer, which I shoot for hunting, but I don't think you'll be able to find a fully outfitted one for $700.00.
