Good bullets. I'd probably opt for interbonds for hunting, but you can't beat the interlocks for the price. If you're keeping it to deer and smaller, go for it.
Personally, I'm a big fan of Hornady's SST's...extremely good ballistic coefficients compared to traditional bullet designs....very comprable to the much more expensive Amax...but for less $$$. If you want to extend your shooting ranges give 'em a shot.
I agree with three_oh_eight, though! The cannelure is definitely in the wrong spot....huge jump to the lands on my .270...but oddly enough still one of the best shooting bullet I've found.
