Looking for a started lab for upland birds to hunt this fall

Anyone have any suggestions for finding a started lab for this hunting season? i would like a smaller built dog not older than 2 years of age. Any info would be great.

Its not a Lab but would be a great upland bird dog.

The 1 that caught My eye was the female "Bandit"
I just thought Id look at these guys because they do sometimes have started labs.
