Straight or angled spotting scope eyepiece?
« on: July 11, 2010, 09:16:34 AM »
I'm searching for a spotter, and am wondering what the preference is amongst the group.  When is one version preferred over the other?  Thanks in advance.
Nothing witty here.... move along.

if you are using it as a photo lens it is best to go straight. angled is nice for up hill glassing. angled can also be rotated to sit at the same level as st. straight is the easiest to get on a target with in a hurry and I find easier to pack.
