It's really hard to say, not knowing the size of that stump, and I'm definitely far from an expert at estimation of bear size, but just to throw a number out there I will say 220 pounds.

185-200. His ears are rather large. He looks kinda skinny in the first pic. Not sick skinny just not a fat bear. Very nice color on him.

I am gonna say the first bear is around 250-270LBS....the bottom bear is a very young bear...maybe 180lbs....or less....

The bigger one is around 200lbs., maybe less. I agree with Michelle and Wea300mag, it is kinda skinny, especially on the back end.
The second is around 80#, 100# tops.
