Redneck smoker that was made out of love (and for a bottle) now that you worked out all the bugs I will have to make my self one and you can come show me how its done. I smell pepperoni and beer coming my way . Glad that every thing worked out. Now we are going have to really look for that bear.

Nothing Redneck about that-just dont do sidepork in it when the waterhose is frozen solid, believe me-flames 25feet high :bash:. Pepperoni looks great as does the smoker.

Man that looks tasty where do I place my order? I built my own smoker out of a 55 gal drum but it can't hold nearly the amount yours can!! Great job!!

The Cabelas kits are pretty good. I just add bacon ends and pieces to mine instead of fat. I think it gives it a little more flavor a friend taught me that and I have stuck with it since.

Sorry about the slow reply to your ? I can't tell you how much it would cost. I got all the wood from my dads garage when he passed away my mom told me to take it. It was made out of tonge and grove cedar. Witch I do not know what it would cost if you buy it. I think the cedar gives a little more taste. It was just one of those things I was bored at home my ADD kicked in. Doug seen what I was doing and asked to build him one since he is a family friend a bottle and some peperoni latter he took it home.
