Reports for the lower river, let's hear them????

Rumor has it the lower river (Astoria area) has heated up for sturgeon over the past several days, anyone confirm that?  Or hear similar?  It has sucked, but if a push has been made might be time to make that last Keeper run...

I am a bank maggot so the report you will get from me is a bank report. We had 2 rods yesterday with fresh anchovies, not one bite. We fished sand shrimp for an hour with out a bite. Slow for me.

I had the binos out and didn't see anyone hooking up either. Doesn't mean they wern't but i didn't see them if they did.
