My first Bobber Steelie! First of the year at Drano!
« on: July 24, 2010, 01:32:00 PM »
Well, I had planned on being at the YAR B Q this weekend, then my brother and hunting buddy changed my plans, so we could get together for some planning and maybe some scouting in the Margaret.  Then, work changed all my plans, and I had to work today.  :bash: :bash:

Sooooooooo I went fishing last night at Drano.    FISH ON!  :IBCOOL: :IBCOOL: My first steelie on a bobber, and it was a rush.  She danced just like a summer metal mouth should.  Gonna be sooooooooooo good for dinner tomorrow evening.

By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

I did not see any other fish caught.  However, I hear the guys fishing down by the mouth in boats are doing fairly well.   :dunno:

It is over 100 here in the Gorge right now.  Supposed to stay that way the next 3 days.  Gonna be hot, hot, hot.  And I am not talking about the fishing.   :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:
