One more.  I think this was 1989...
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Man i am getting excited. This is going to be the first rifle deer tag that i have bought in 5 years, i have been archery black tail hunting and lookin' for ward to the change. I guess i am wondering what kind of distances do you guys shoot these deer out too. I have been shooting my .308 and feel very confident out to 300 yards. Do i need to go out farther than that or is 300?

i have an old friend of my dads that has 3000 acres private land that i hunt over there. my family has hunted there since before i was born. there are beautiful bucks over there and allot of public and private land. find the snow up high and you can usually track a big buck if your in shape and experienced enough to tell tracks apart. if you cant get to any snow and your not framiliar with the area your best bet is to wait for late buck and the rut. then hit up as many draws as you can. if your seriously interested in some tips you can hit me up. i dont get on much lately been pretty busy but i will try if your lookin.
"It aint about how hard you hit. Its about how hard you can hit and keep moving forward! how much you can take and keep moving forward!!
