Moose scouting
« on: July 26, 2010, 05:48:49 PM »
So I am heading to Spokane for my first moose scouting trip.  I know it is hot but I gotta get up there and check things out.  If we get out early maybe can find one before it gets hot.  It will be cool to see a bull in the velvet...........

Not worried abount not seeing any.  Want to get our permits, learn the roads, maybe meet the locals, find some state land to park the trailer on, and maybe go to cableas<  I also know of a place that has cage dancing that is not too far away.  The boys can be there till 9 or 10 and they want to go.  So being good fathers well we are going to take them.  And being men I want to go to  GOODTIMES if that means anything to the locals...

Then there is the place that is next to cabelas , Matthew can drop us off there and pick the dads up later...

Will be back up at least one more time before season opens to learn what a nice bull looks like.

Yeah on the state line - instead of turning left into Cabelas go straight - can miss it.

What the hell are you scouting for Victor? I'm sure you'll find plenty of velvet in those places. :chuckle:
