All these wolf threads should be a real eye opener , wheres all the moose and sheep threads of the past, our future looks a bit bleek. I hate to be a glass half empty guy , first spotted owls now wolves.

From the title I thought you were starting a Personals section, LOL.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

its kinda a fact of life that we are going to be dealing with wolves in this state now. so i don't mind talking about them. :dunno:

me and a buddy of mine saw a grey wolf about 15 years ago about 20 miles south of Randle when we were out rifle elk hunting...it wasn't no coyote as we've seen plenty of those....it was at least double the size of a coyote and was following the same set of fresh elk tracks that we were in the snow...we saw it about 50 yards away and backed out of the area..he wanted me to shoot it but i told him it wasn't no coyote! kind of freaky !  what does a person do in that instance ?

The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.
