I could rank the order in which I would shoot them. :chuckle: This year I will dump the first legal deer that gives me the chance.  I would let them grow, however, right until legal shooting light opening day.

As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

Well guys, its been a tough early season.  The big one just completely disappeared  :(  I do stil have the Caribou looking buck, the perfect 4x4 and the big one with the split brow tine coming in.  I do not think I am going to be able to get in to this spot late season because of the snow, so if one of those 3 show up this week, I'm gonna fling an arrow.

We have set up some cams in the area trying to find the big one, but no luck yet.  I hope he comes back for rifle when my dad is here from arizona.  just wanted to update everyone.

If you need some help finding the big one, just PM the coordinates of the last place you got him with the trail cam, and I'll get out there this weekend and find him for you.    :hello:

He may have transitioned to a fall homerange or he is just moving less (the October Lull). I would continue with the cameras in the area and place other sets in good habitat within a mile or two (down hill if possible) of that location.

:dunno: I think you should let them go for now! Maybe I can come out and find them for you, so don't shoot them until I say it is ok! Is that understood? Thanks. I'll send you some after the shot pics!!  :P :P :P
