Great Day Trip to Northwest Trek: Pic Heavy

Left the house at 930 am today and just getting sat down to do some pics.
we had a great day and saw a ton of animals.
Took the backwoods barbie and the mini backwods in training.
what a fun day.

cool pics.My daughter volunteers up there and we go up there quite a bit fun place to hang out for the day

Looks like you had an awesome day at the Trek! I haven't been there since my daughters were about 7 and 9 years old. :( It looks like my wife and I need to make a trip down there one of these days!

picture 16 what was wrong with that critter  :dunno: does not look good.
yeah some of the woodland caribou were a little skinny.  pretty sure the tour lady told us that its natural in the summer for them to be skinny.  It keeps them cool.

took a girl on a date there last sunday! it was great. saw everthing they have in the "free range" area. it was her first time there, she loved it. glad you had a good day there with the fam!

 Great shots. This is the same bear in your photo, on the right hand side. He and I got in a snorting match, I made the mistake of huffing to get his attention and he was right there, lip curling, I have some shots of that as well somewhere.
