Sucks!!!!       they took one dock out, only one left. the guy that works there, doesn't even know if the dock will be repaired this year. aside from the tards, was a great pain today, my first and last visit of the year.

It sucked before that.  There's a reason I've only launched there once.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

Are we talking worse than the Mukilteo launch? 'Cause that one is the divorce capital of the world during humpy season, I advise a couple of lawn chairs, a sunshade and something discreet to drink for maximum entertainment next to the launch. I have thought a few times that you could just about sell tickets to see some of the stuff that goes on there! The worst launch I have ever seen and the most expensive I have ever used.
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

It's pretty bad dude. One lane in and out and boats for miles. Then you get some jacknob parking at the head of the pull out side who forgets there are 50 boats waiting and goes off somewhere leaving his boat there for 1/2 hour :bash:.

Mukilteo has two acknowledged lanes if I remember right but you can use the north side of the north dock if you have a small boat and a GOOD four wheel drive with GOOD tires and lots of clearance... The whole launch is completely unprotected and covered in pea gravel and logs several feet deep and the line during humpy season is easily 150 boats deep 24/7, the only improvement made to the launch as far as I can tell is the electronic money taker for launch tickets... I can't imagine it with only one lane, every cheap retread in the world likes to launch their 20+ foot 3000lb+ boat there with the S-10 they use to pull it. Launching is usually interesting enough for these types, retrieving is a whole 'nother story though as you usually end up with at least one truck in danger of being swamped by the tide during most hours of operation causing the local tow companies to practically patrol the launch during the peak of the season for dip*censored* retrieval (they pull boats out too).

I saw that insanity last year, during the coho derby. Guys spinning out all over the place and grounding their boat's, nearly punching a hole in the bottom. Also saw about 6-7 different people busted for keeping king's they thought were silver's, all they got was a lecture... :bash:
