S&W customer service ROCKS
« on: August 02, 2010, 06:47:30 PM »
I called Smith and Wessons customer support line to get an issue resolved with my 329pd. two days later I have a prepaid label to fed ex express it back to S&W. I was pretty happy with the free return shipping. It was 5 days after I originally called them, that I had a letter saying they had recieved my gun and were adressing my concerns. when I sent the gun I asked them to provide additional parts and service beyond what the gun came with and to call me with a price......9 days after the call fed ex dropped it off....and all the "extras" were included for free.

how on earth can you beat that?

thanks S&W

amen 2 that and you can add tikka/berreta to the list and you got the same list as me. i love my tikkas sakos and berettas but there cus service sucks bad! and 85.00 for a plastic clip for the tikkas is crazy they don't got prob 15.00 into it :bash: but i love the guns but that is rape right there and good luck dealing with them. not even a bottle of ky for the f in you get if you have to buy a extra one :chuckle: hell the whole gun new in the start of the tikkas is like 500-550.
6 clips or a new gun :yike:
