Good stuff. Take some steaks and wrap in peppered bacon (not the cheap stuff, take a smoke rub and sprinkle on the bacon and meat. Then, smother onion, green and red pepper over that. Place in the oven at the lowest temp and cook until medium well. Mmm, enjoy!!
