ya some of the extra tines were on the short side. assuming some growth before the velvet comes off, if he makes it that long.

I think that second pic might be him too? He forks on his left side in the back in velvet, and I think I can see that fork in pic 2. And that long back tine on his right looks the same as well. They always look ALOT bigger in velvet. I wish I could see his fronts better in the first pic!

Hey I see your from Eatonville Haus!! I'm out in this area too... I got a big 6x4 blacktail off Hwy 702 2years ago. Were are you seeing this buck at? It kinda looks similar to the one I got 2 years ago. Mine might be his daddy or grandfather? Hmmmm

Haven't got him on camera nor seen him  :dunno:

cameras been moved to a dif trail so maybe better results soon.

@yelm hunter. It's a gmu 652 buck  ;)

One thing we have been getting on the camera is bears. Way more than I ever expected were in the area so no wonder the deer pop is so low. Not withstanding the amount of cougar sign we've seen too.

I haven't seen a fawn since July and I've spent 30+ days hunting/scouting around here since then.

Also the amount of cow elk in the area is lower this year. I'd say 1 in 20 cows has a calf still.
