I'm sure some of you have been there, the manager is a piece of work. I bought a camera there is past year, unknown to me it was a discontinued model. The asking price was the same as prior to discontinuance and the model was not marked discontinued, nor did the sales manager inform me it was discontinued. I just felt it was a little shady, no one should pay full retail price for a discontinued item. It felt a bit as though Ritz was trying to keep the cat in the bag to offload merchandise at premium cost as long as they could. When I went back after finding out of the discontinued product, the manager, who is somewhat rude, wouldn't offer me any kind of exchange, even if I would pay the difference for a higher priced model. I've seen nothing but bad service reviews on the place and won't go back.
