Archery elk just six days away!!!
« on: August 22, 2010, 02:52:44 PM »
At least in Oregon it is  :chuckle:

Going over my stuff, checking it all out, packing what I need... just to unpack and pack it again. Was so consumed with fishing lately I forgot about elk coming up down there.

From what I've seen they're not very responsive early on, but may just be my technique or the particular area I'm in. Later in the season it gets better of course, but I still like that first weekend too.
