I carry 8. 7 broadheads,1 judo for the thunder chickens. And about a dozen at camp for those pesky camp robbers, or in case I need more for the hunt.

My quiver is full of 6 arrows with broadheas.  I used to carry one with a field point for practicing throughout the week.  I decided I didn't want to risk accidentally pulling that one out in the heat of the moment.

My quiver only holds 5, all broadheads.  Wish I had a bigger quiver cause it usually takes me that many shots to get calibrated :chuckle:

Ok... So in the fog of the hunt, how many of you have wacked a large game animal with that blunt?

I will be the first to bite: Once and I dont know who was more suprised at the lack of arrow penetration me or the deer! Let's just say I now carry a judo tip in my pack and if a grouse is dumb enough to hang around until I remove the broadhead and put on the judo it deserves to die plus I wont bonk any more deer.

Probably left a pretty good bruise!!
