So after walking into my hunting area only to find that the other guy who hunts the area that i do decided to put a stand in my tree. That is another story for another time. so, anyway, I felt as though we had gotten our bad luck out of the way and moved on to other hunting areas. Well after having our stands up for a week or so i decided that i wanted to add one more to one of the larger trees for filming. Tonight i pack in my last stand for the season. As i arrived at the tree i quickly noticed something very important was missing......My F-ing Stand got Jacked. Thoroughly pissed off I went for a walk to check my other two stands and guess what all i found where empty trees. The A-holes even stole the screw in steps.

I am so pissed this season is now bust I have only one stand and nowhere to put it. GD im so mad. This is about enough to make a guy just want to give up.

O------- the left is the depiction of the small circle in hell that is reserved for thieves.

Guess thsi is going to be a spot and stalk season 5 months of scouting wasted.

That sucks hopefully they get what they deserve down the line. No room in this world for thieves. Anything we can watch for on Craigs list? Maybe they will pop up

Wow! That's a terrible thing to even think about, let alone happen! Let us know what's missing. Chances are it'll end up in either Tri-Cities or Lewiston pawn shops or Craigslist. I'll keep my eyes open over here.

IT'S ALMOST WORTH oops capslock. it's almost worth putting another one up with a few well hidden trailcams. thieves always return to the scene. get the *censored* on camera.. authorities or locals may recognize them. goodluck.

Thanks guys 1 was a gorilla xlr lounger The other 2 word just gorillas of the smaller variety. also had a set of gorilla steps.

That sucks. Hope you get the a-hole.

I guess I'm not a trusting guy. Always lock my tree stand and cameras up. I also go as far to remove the steps from the tree below about 10'.

Damn, that really sucks, sorry man! Time to return to the Old West style of justice and hang thieves where you find them, or better yet, use the Mideastern justice where they chop off the hands of thieves! I'll be sure to cable lock my self-climber to the tree; dirty rotten thieves will have to work pretty hard if they want to steal my climber!

That is so messed! I just hung mine last week. Hope its still there. I have a small stand you can use if you need it.

Very nice offer but i think we will be ok we have few stands that we rustled up from some friends and our ground blind.

I bought cheap cable locks for my stands this year after having three stolen in the last four years. They will have to work a little harder this time but most dirt bags are to lazy.
