perfect timing
« on: August 26, 2010, 09:22:14 PM »
Just got laid off, just in time for BOW Hunting. This is the first time i will be able to hunt the season not just a weekend warrior.Heading to moses lake area for deer and then the westside for Elk.I just hope the wife understands and the money is there to be able to hunt. For the past 10 years i have  been a weekend warrior. Now no job and NO Money.Damn IT
I am sure i am not alone in this situation, I will just have to budget and make the best of it. Good Luck to everybody in this situation dint let it ruin the Hunt

I feel your pain. I got laid off back in December and haven't worked since. This will be the fist year in a while I'll be able to hunt though, I have my archery deer & elk tags, so that's about the only bright spot. I'm definitely on a budge too though.

The real crappy part is that if I get something, I'm going to have to buy a freezer to put it in since I sold mine when I moved out of Vancouver.

Cest la vie!

Enjoy your time off.

Sorry to hear about your job but good luck with the hunt.

What's the poll question?

Did you vote for the first question mark or the second one?  I was pretty conflicted...

everything happens for a reason. stay positive. something bettter may be around the corner. in the mean time, enjoy the hunting.

BTW- i can't believe anybody would even think about voting for the first question mark. clearly a bad decision.
