I heard the 1st flocks of snow geese for the year last night about 10:30pm. They must have followed the back side of the last front south.Any birds on Fir Island yet?
Skillet & I know what we heard; there’s no mistaking the cries of migrating snow geese.

my buddy was scouting one of his spots yesterday and along with the 50 mallards and 3 doz. canadians that have been sitting in it for the past week , he saw about 1 doz. snows sitting in with the canadians! there are some snows down already, not very many, but some.
