Finished bass mount

Well its not a biggin (a little over 2.5 lbs )but its a skin mount with a mounted crawfish as a meal...I think it turned out well...Love fish!!

What you guys think?

Thanks! I think that I am going to use a reproduction head next time I do another skin mount. Its what I do on my trout and I like the results better....and it will help the mount last longer...lots of options...But all in all....THANKS!

Took a little time...drying it out and waiting so i could epoxy all the low spots in its head and elsewhere was the longest...otherwise i shaved and made my own form out of dense blue foam, and then sewed the body on and waited for everthing to dry...total time minus wait time...probably 10-12 hours max... some of the longest parts is shaving the custom form to the body and then carding the fins correctly so that the hold and dry in the right position and are flared enough, but not to much...sometimes the flaring can get out of hand and the fish starts looking like a puffer! lol...

But i really like this fish......

the crawfish only took me about an hour...lol...30 minutes of it was searching for him....lol...
