The bird looks awesome and coast is right about that backdrop, it really sets off the bird.  NICE

Thanks everyone for the compliments.  That bird was one of the whitest Snow Goose I have ever mounted.  They generally have a degree of mineral stains on them but this one was spot free.  Thanks again and talk with you all soon.  John

question? i just got a bufflehead mounted and when i got it back it still had holes in the feet from the shot. is this something you could have fixed or is it something i would have to deal with anywhere? it seemed to me some kinda puddy could have been put in there to smooth it over before coloring the feet

Excellent work. I live 5 hours away and if I was going to get a bird mounted I'd make sure you were the guy doing the work. All the birds I have seen from you look top notch.
