GMU 653 White River is not in the regs, that means it went to permite only?  When did that happen, I haven't hunted this area 652, 653 and 654 for many many years? Just wanted to go out and stick a cow to fill the freezer...

i thinks its been that way for the last five or six years now . could be longer i just started hunting  it for deer and bear the last four years.
