Wyoming this weekend!
« on: September 09, 2010, 04:36:05 PM »
I am stoked. It's finally time to head for good ol' Wyoming for the opener on the 15th. Sunday I'm flying into SLC, from there it's a short drive to Big Piney. Monday sight in the new rifle, Tuesday pack-in and maybe even get some glassing done Tues. evening. Good luck to all of my fellow Washington hunters who will be roaming the great state of Wyoming as well!  :IBCOOL:

Good luck!  Can't wait to see what you wind up with...

Thanks guys...I do have a tip on a great area in region h that has pumped out some huge deer in recent times, one of which was featured in a recent EBJ. I have my work cut out for me due to the extreme vertical topography, but they are in there.

I fly out on Sunday morning.  I'll be in the high country on Monday and Tuesday to find my buck, bed him, and put the whack on him Wednesday morning!

good luck guys, can't wait to hear the stories and see the pictures of your hunts.

When you hunt 5 states in a year, you gotta do some flying!
