He's not the biggest bull in the woods but I'm Happy to take him...
We spotted him across a drainage and decided to go after him. After a nice long walk,,,, slide,,,, and crawl down one side of the drainage, cross the creek and back up the other we found ourselves within 150 yards of him and his girls in an open cut (some bedded, some not..)
long story short we ended up backing off and calling him into the timber where he busted us at 30 yards.
We had split him from his cow's and he was headed to find them so we got aggressive with him with cow calls and ended up calling him back to us. He stopped at 53 yards to rake a tree and I sent the Shuttle T flying

.
He didn't even know what hit him and slowly started to walk around so I sent a couple more flying

,, Hey, what can I say, my adrenalin was pumping and if he's just gana stand there I'm gana keep shooting

.
Thank goodness my first shot was money cause the second two,,, not so much

.
he didn't go far at all and dropped

the funny thing was when he started to come in, Jay only had 3 min of tape left on the camera but was able to make it work and got it on film.
Big thanks to the team, Adam & Jay for all their help and to Andy for driving two hours just to come help pack him out

. Good friends, good times, good hunting......
