I spotted a deer up in the rocks and I thought HOT DAMN, there he is....gonna be a big one.   It turned out to be a doe with a fawn.  I couldn't believe it.

Good pics Bone, how are the knees feeling? Think I wore a layer off my knee caps the last week. Hope you catch up to a monster.

Knees are doing GREAT this year.  Not even a twinge.   Planar fascitis is killing my feet once in awhile but I'm pretty happy with the Kenetreks too.  I'm wondering if they are helping my knees......something is.  I even wondered if it was the LACK of preseason running to get into shape.... :dunno:

Could be the boots, footwear can make or break the trip. I was blister free for the first time this year, makes it nice when your up there for a few days to not worry about your feet hurting. Thanks for the updates.

Sweeeeeeet!!!  You are killing me man, I would give anything to be up there right now!
Hey Bone, I switched to some inserts called Super Feet and my foot and knee problems have gone away!  They have the perfect support.  I was told that between my back and knees to never run again unless I was being chased by a bear!  LOL!
