Youth Upland Hunt
« on: September 18, 2010, 07:09:41 PM »
The boy and I are going to Moses Lake next week for the Youth opener. Any suggestions out there for what would be a good area? Just looking around I was thinking that maybe Lower Crab Creek? Would love any advice.

I know that erea verry well and have hunted a few times theres just not allot of birds over there, if its not to late to change your plans I would recomend toppinish over in yakima, but if your stuck on mosses try to get on some of the agg. land over on the east side up the lind coule. or maby winchester wastway

We first flushed a double and he dang near got them both but he did get one. It was really hot and we stumbled onto a freakin Rattlesnake! about 3 feet long I guess, but he is a little shorter now on both ends! Missing his head and rattle!

Flushed 4 more but he did not get a shot off. Little nervous after the snake epsiode.
