Change in tactics towards the end of the rut?

Coming up on the last 10 days of September, how are hunting tactics changing? Satellite bulls are more vocal and bigger bulls have a lot of their cows (typically). I've had the mindset that you can get more aggressive with calling/raking brush/etc..but just curious what people have to say.
