58" AK Bull
« on: September 23, 2010, 01:45:09 PM »
Deja Vu from 2008 - walk my gear upstream for 3.5 days, shoot a bull in less than a day, pack meat to river in a day, and float out in a day.  This guy died in a hard, dry, clean spot, that was 3/8 mile from the river of which none of the walking was rough or spongy.  That's pretty much 180° out of character for a typical moose harvest, but I'll take it, figuring that I've earned it. Glad he died where he did - the beaver pond wasn't far away.  Per tradition, included are shots of packloads 4-7.

There is a lot of Jealousy brewing within me.  I would like to be your biggest fan, but the jealousy rages on.     :chuckle: :chuckle:  Very cool.  Hopefully you have more stories to share with us in the coming months.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
