There was a few hundred thousand of these at my elk camp this year. Made for some cool pictures. Never knew they hatched like this. The sky was full of them flying around. The dragon flies were gorging themselves on them.

Tree rat.  You know your camo works pretty good if these guy are eating in a tree right next to you instead of letting everything in the woods know where you are.

I have an aunt that had these things hatch in her house like that and oh man what a nightmare
