Nice backyard bear
« on: October 05, 2010, 08:42:18 AM »
I think this was the same one I was following just prior to season. He's down the road a few miles now in my buddies neighborhood...Picture from his wife yesterday. Thought you guys would like it.

I guess she watched him climbing around in the apple tree, breaking branches off at the stump then climbing down and eating them on the ground. Unfortunately, I'm trying to convice my buddy his wife REALLY needs a romantic surprise weekend away from the house. (so happy can house-sit :chuckle:).....

I spent some time on the mountain last year in Northbend, north of the north fork. Lots of pictures in June. Nothing after. Not sure where they go hide this time of year. A couple stick around and hit the garbage cans for a while then nothing......
