Mich.girl kills 448-pound black bear with arrow

She also fishes!

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (AP) - A 17-year-old Michigan girl began her big game hunting career with a bang - or rather a whoosh - by killing a 448-pound black bear with a bow and arrow from 16 yards away.

Good grief that pisses me off seeing *censored*s knock her, most grown men probably wouldn't have had the balls to stay on target and release the arrow from such close range to a big bear. The smile on her face really says it though!
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

Great bear, congrats to the young gal. Some of those anti hunting idiots that are being rude need an a@% kicking.

I read some of those comments and it just makes me wonder what people are thinking. Do they really believe their ancestors gathered all there food and didn't kill anything.

What a lot of these a$$hat morons don't realize is if you take a large boar out of the food chain, it actually helps the bear population.  Those bigger boars kill and eat cubs and smaller bears, and often.
Nothing witty here.... move along.
